sounds alert for TeamTalk

hi.

since we have sounds alert for zbp, what about the idea of having the similar thing for teamtalk? as people on the zone text website itself can get knotify with users that log in and out of teamtalk, without checking the voice chat list constently?

I think this may work as well, hopefully the Admins can work that out whenever time allows.

May not be as easy as it seems, as we don't automatically track this, just like Ventrilo. The phone one works because the system sends a notification each time someone logs in and out. Still, we'll look into it.
